Kevin McDonaldMy name is Kevin McDonald and I am proud to be the CEO/President and a co-founder of Allied Welding Schools.

I was born and raised in Richmond.

I was a businessman most of my life but suffered from drug addiction.. Thanks to God, I am now well into recovery and I am an active member of my church.

I have dreams of helping the community which he is proud to part of here in Richmond. I like to say that we need to be able to help everyone that wants help and I am always looking for a way to give people a leg up.

I am happy and proud to be part of Allied Welding School and to be part of our team.

JImy MartinezMy name is Jose Jimy Martinez and I'm the program director for Allied Welding School and I grew up in Richmond and I also had a drug addiction problem which took its toll and landed me in the penitentiary where I lost 20 years of my life. But thanks to our Creator (God) and the six month drug program, I was able to recover and put my drug addiction to rest and have turn my life around.

I now attend Pastor Al Featherstone's Church in Richmond and can now encourage other ex-convicts and give presentations of what Allied Welding Schools offers to all. These people are then able to become self-sufficient with good paying jobs and to become productive members of society - and never have to go back to jail. I enjoy helping those who want to be helped and I do believe in second chances. You have to be selective in order to be effective. Let the useless things drop so the productive things can pop. Don't doubt in dark times what God revealed to you in the light. You won't know that God is all you need until God is all you have.

I am my brother's keeper and we at Allied enjoy helping people to better themselves.

Kevin LiebigMy name is Kevin Liebig and I'm the Vice-President, Lead Instructor and Co-Founder of Allied Welding Schools.

I'm happily married raising two kids and now can't find my hair.

Trying hard to create employable people (and productive welders) from Richmond for Bay Area employers and give them the drive to keep the jobs they get.

Always ready to help others, I do believe that with the help of the community, we can make Allied Welding a positive asset to Richmond.

We are proud to be a part of our team here at Allied Welding School.
